It probably is a Joro Spider. They have tufts of hair on the legs that look like wide areas. The legs can be black or black and yellow. The body has blue-grey and yellow with red on the underside. They are found in Georgia because that’s where they were accidentally imported to from Asia. They can be quite big and have big yellow webs. The females get much bigger than the males because they hold the growing eggs inside of them and they need to eat a lot. https://spiderid.com/spider/araneidae/trichonephila/clavata/
