Maybe a very young woodlouse hunter? it's very tiny - sitting in a 30 ml medicine cup. I found it crawling across the carpet near the nurses' station at the nursing home I work at.

Yes, I think it is Dysdera crocata. I haven’t seen one in-person yet, I don’t know what size they are as adults. Male spiders are generally smaller and more ephemeral than females. They are less likely to be seen. Their venom isn’t medically significant BUT in a nursing home they could be an issue because they tend to climb into clothes and bedding. They hunt in dark places.
