This guy was outside our sunroom. I initially thought it was dead, and swept it away, and it moved. Unfortunately when I checked on it later, it had shriveled up its legs, and the ants were coming around it. So, it was dying when I first discovered it.

Awe! How sad! This spider is a wolf spider probably some sort of Hogna, maybe Hogna Carolinensis?

Thanks. I was thinking it was a wolf spider. It was the stripes on the legs that had me wondering.
