I don’t think so. My guess is a Southern House Spider.

I was wondering what your opinion was on the Antrodiaetus genus. They are the only mygalomorph species that has a very similar carapace and chelicerae that I could find. The other Kukulcania species found in and around California do look very similar to this pic but I was just wondering what you thought of this other genus of spider. Unfortunately it seems like Bug Guide doesn’t have enough pictures of this genus that shows the true variation of the markings of the abdomen. Which are the only conflicting things with this spider and the Antrodiaetus genus. https://bugguide.net/node/view/708695/bgpage

Thank you for asking, but I have to say that I’m unfamiliar with Mygalomorphs in general. When it comes to American Mygalomorph, I’m a total rookie 🙂
Having said that, I thought that Antrodiaetus had larger chelicerae, something like the genus Atypus, but after checking out your link and looking through some more pictures of female specimens, I’ve come to think that this might just be a female of Antrodiaetus.
