Brown Widow that’s my guess the back was all Brown though I Believe

You guessed the correct family, Theridiidae. The Widow spiders are in genus Latrodectus, this is genus Steatoda. There are a bunch of common names for this type of spider like: Tangleweb Spiders, False Widows, and Cobweavers. They don’t have venom that is dangerous to people. The interesting catch is that their venom is quite potent to other spiders and insects. False Widows can kill the Widows.
