I believe this is a nursery web spider but I just want to make sure. And I just want to check and see if it is poisonous.

Hi. This might be one of the running crab spiders, or this would be a male Paisaurina mira nursery web spider.
Both would be venomous and can bite, not medically significant. Perhaps not as severe as a bee sting.
Slender crab spider was my first hunch, now not certain.
