The silk in the background of the photo did NOT belong to this spider, I merely freed him on this plant as it was sitting on a beach towel early in the morning.
Probably a female Thomisus okinawensis.(Males are small and brown in colour)
It has red mark around the eyes with significant white regions inside forming a “工” pattern. Another similar sp Thomisus labefactus only has a brown mark like a reversed triangle.

Hi, welcome to Spider ID. 🙂 This is a Crab Spider (Thomisidae), looks like it could be one in the genus Thomisus.
