This is a Joro Spider, Trichonephila clavata. They were accidentally introduced to Georgia from Asia. They aren’t dangerous to people or pets, they’ll only bite in self-defense and the venom isn’t significant to humans. They have an interesting mythology to go with the name “Joro.”
