This is a Salticidae or jumping Spider. They aren’t medically significant to humans and aren’t aggressive they are actually quite inquisitive and curious and sometimes ppl mistake this for aggression. I’m sorry I am unable to help with the genus or species due to not being familiar with your area I can only tell you the family it comes from and that it’s not a Spider to worry about.
