Hi, welcome to Spider ID. I’m sorry there isn’t enough detail in this image for me to give a firm ID. It reminds me of a Thinlegged Wolf Spider (Pardosa sp.) but that’s just a guess from this.
This looks similar to the spiders we have running around lately. I’ve had no luck so far identifying them without a picture of my own (they’re fast and roomies just squish them) they’re glossy black,15-20mm long body, and I haven’t been able to find any webs. They look a little like a haloween decoration.
could be a black lace-weaver. They’re shiny black with maroon legs and a black/beige pattern on the abdomen. They mostly hide in crevices with the webs outside the crevice. I have a stone and mortar cellar, there are lots of them living between the stones.
