Here is a new photo of our little mom and her babies. We have her a fly. After they got full, she finished it off and dumped the carcass. She’s a special to us and I’m excited to have a spider who can live after having babies.

Congratulations on your new spider babies! Spiders are good mothers, they usually guard their offspring from egg to adolescence. This might be a nursery web that she made to keep them safe from wandering and predators. Some of them will need to leave home when they are mature enough so there will be enough food and less inbreeding. 🙂
