It looks to me to have 10 leggs an two large grabbers or appendageson the front, cant really even see where the eyes are. Not a huge fan of him in my room, i live in northwest washington and have never seen one like it. Please help

I believe this is a harvestman. Harvestmen are not properly spiders and possess neither venom nor fangs. They have claw-like pedipalps which they use to pick up food. In spite of their abundance of legs, they are gentle and harmless. This appears to be a gravid female, probably looking for a safe place to lay her eggs.
