I saw this big spider in Palatine IL, This house has a lot of trees and marsh near by. I have never seen such a big spider like this. I assumed a fishing spider, but not sure. I found it on the kitchen floor.

Hi. I see more wolf spider in this than fishing spider. Just can’t see enough detail for certainty.
Some of the wolfies can get an intimidating size though.
