She is Argiope pulchella. Her primary web is an orb web, meaning that it is circular plus straight support threads. The big zigzag stripes are considered ornamental web decorations called stabilimentum. It isn’t fully understood why some Orbweaver spiders make the stripes. The spider usually has her legs in-line with them so she is at the center of the pattern. I suspect it is a disguise for the spider. She is not dangerous to people. She eats large insects that fly or jump. We would be happy to answer any more questions about her.
