You got it! This is a Noble False Widow, Steatoda nobilis. They’re useful for guarding the home against insects that get in and aren’t dangerous to people. They make traditional cob webs and they do like radiators. I have a lot of cob webs behind my oven, it appears to be a popular spot too.
