Found this spider on the railing of a bridge/trestle over Skaha Lake in the south Okanagan.

Perfect! You found a Bridge Orbweaver on a bridge. The Latin name is Lariniodes sclopetarius. I found one on a bridge over a brook and one on a shopping plaza stop sign. This species likes to be on man-made structures.
