Anyone know what type of spider this is and if it's dangerous?
It was just hanging out on the wall of my office
It was a little larger than a quarter I guess. Wish I had a better camera

Its some kind of Sac Spider or Prowling Spider. Most of us wish we had better cameras, I have that conversation with someone about photos almost daily. A tip for the photo you took would be to add a light source, like the flashlight function from someone else’s phone. That makes it easier for the autofocus to work.
No, it isn’t a dangerous spider. Don’t worry about that in New England. We theoretically have Black Widows, and definitely don’t have Brown Widows or Brown Recluses. There are a few benefits to living in a cold region.
Yeah, it didn’t quite look exactly like Cheiracanthium mildei, but that was kind of my guess.
