Uncertain what type of spider, although on the smaller size. This first picture was by a box of matches. Found indoors in the bathroom.

After doing a little digging online, I’m guessing this may be a yellow sac spider.
I think you’re correct. The genus is Cheiracanthum. This one is quite robust. In my Pandemic Household Spider Observations 🙂 I noted that the Yellow Sac Spiders are at the top of the spider foodchain, they kill all of my other upstairs spider species.
