I'm thinking this could be a Dolomedes scriptus aka Striped Fishing Spider. It was found under my hot water heater in my basement.

From what I can see of it, I believe your ID is correct. Your photo shows a good example of the phenomenon called “eyeshine.” Note the bight green glow near the spider’s head. Wolf Spiders and Fishing Spiders are two of the best kinds of spiders to demonstrate this. Eyeshine is seen in primarily nocturnal animals (deer in the headlights). There is a crystalline structure within their eyes that refract the available light back to the pupil. It amplifies the ability to see at night.
