Looks like a tarantula, Has a hump on the cephalothorax part, I handled it and it was not bolty and aggressive but rather slow and calm.

Resembles a Ground Crab Spider (Thomisidae) in the Tmarus genus. It might be in a different genus but it does appear to be in the Thomisidae family. The only species I found in the Philippines is Tmarus dostinikus.
