What is this spider. It is in my garage. Should I be worried?

A house spider in the Eratigena genus. They are not known to posses medically significant venom but can give a nasty bite if provoked. You should be fine but as always if bit, keep the bite clean and an eye on it to see if shows signs of an infection.
