She looks like Trichonephila fenestra, a Hairy Golden Orbweaver. They DO look scary, but they aren’t dangerous to humans. I’ve seen similar large Orbweavers in USA and they look intimidating, especially when the are near your face. It’s the tiny males of this species that need to be scared. When they carefully approach a female they need to be obvious that the intent is that they are there to mate – not to be eaten.
