I’ve never seen this kind. On my screened in deck, I usually get crab spiders (that I move outside of the screen area). It has a very nice pattern on its back and long front legs.

This is Leucauge agryra. You have two Leucauge species found in Florida. An easy way to distinguish them, that is easy to tell in this photo, is the upside down Y on its carapace.
