Comments & ID Thoughts

The spider comes and goes and goes through the same places, it seems not intimidated by my presence or the light.

Looks like a male Kukulcania spp. These spiders are referred to as Crevice Weavers and will make their homes in small cracks in cement foundations, walls and other stuff like that. Based off of the World Spider Catalog, this is most likely Kuklcania hibernalis. A species with a wide distribution throughout South, Central and North America.
