Hey guys I took this the night before my first photo I think this is the same kind of spider as my first submission but with the flash it looked yellow for some reason but with my eyes it looked brown like other one. Thank You for your help

Sorry about the mix-up but after looking at this new submission and reviewing your last submission, I can confirm that I miss identified the spider. It is NOT the Hentz Orb Weaver (Neoscona crucifera). Both spiders are actually the Tropical Orb Weaver (Eriophora ravilla). I didn’t realize my mistake until looking at this new photo.

I agree. What you missed in the other photo was the yellowish band at the anterior of the abdomen. The legs are also hairier on E. ravilla. The markings might reflect ambient light or UV light, they seem to glow in some photos. Thank you for helping!
If you’ve been following the discussions, you may have noticed little possibility of the doubling bug getting patched. It is a common bug in these kind of free, ad-supported websites that probably just needs an update. So, we’re just ignoring them… :l

That’s exactly it. I didn’t see the “yellowish shoulders” on the 1st spider until I saw this picture and realized that the pattern didn’t match Neoscona crucifera.
