It’s Steatoda triangulosa, a Triangulate Cobweaver. They are in family Theridiidae with Black Widows, but their venom is different. I haven’t even ever heard anyone say they’ve been bitten by any of these False Widows. Their venom is quite potent to insects and other spiders. False Widows have been known to kill Black Widows, ticks, mosquitoes, Brown Recluses, and they are especially good at catching flies in houses. They rule handle the pest control in my kitchen and bathroom. Technically, they are venomous, almost all spiders are.
