This is actually the same L. reclusa male I submitted earlier. This is outside after I displaced it from the garage.
He isn’t easy to see in the grass unless you know you are looking for a spider.

You’re finding more than I am. Maybe Oklahoma is warmer than I imagine it is. I still haven’t seen any outdoor arthropods. The soil is still frozen in New Hampshire. I’m getting yard work done before the mosquitoes and stinging things emerge. 🙂
It’s still freezing here some mornings, but it’s getting up to the 70s some days.
I’m sure the fiddleback and I were both surprised to see each other. Too early for all the Salticidae, but I did witness some bees so the spiders will follow.
