I don't know what species this is, but there's three more that look similar to it in the same windowsill. The other three are significantly smaller.

I’ve been trying to identify the same spider. I live on the NH/MA state line. I submitted my own photos to another site and haven’t received an answer yet. I suspect that it is in genus Mastophora. Mastophora phrynosoma has been found in Massachusetts. https://bugguide.net/node/view/424001 They are commonly called Bolas Spiders. There are videos on Youtube about them. They hunt by whirling a glob of liquid silk and adhesive goo around like a bolas. They just splat the prey with it. It’s one of the weirder hunting techniques of spiders. She may be Micrathena gracilis.
