This is a Flattie Spider in the Selenops genus. There are a few ways I use to separate them from Huntsmans. Their eyes are in a different configuration from Huntsmans. Huntsmans have basically a horizontal eye structure, while Flatties have more of a broad V-shape eye configuration. Flatties also tend to have shorter, stockier legs. Especially the first pair. Flatties also have, sort of, an arrowhead-shaped abdomen. Looking almost pointy at the tail end. They can be difficult to ID sometimes but this does appear to be a typical Flattie.
