Sheetweb Spider in the Linyphiinae subfamily. Reminds me of Megalepthyphantes nebulosis. https://bugguide.net/node/view/718116/bgimage I can’t say for certain because of the graininess of the photo but it does appear to be a Sheetweb Spider.
