Sorry. I’m filling in for our moderator, but she couldn’t technically transfer the programming controls to me. Our Administrator is building an updated version of the site. The control ability to title and file submissions will be built into the site for me and hopefully at least one other person. So until our current moderator returns or when I become a moderator, we can’t do it. You can’t, only a moderator has that power and unfortunately we have one moderator on this site.
