This spider is in my basement, about the size of a nickel. I apologize for the low quality shot, they are in a fairly dark bit of my basement in Delaware.

The web is very gauzy, on the floor, in the corner of some steps. I assume that is an egg sac or prey they're sitting on.

Could be a Grass Spider or some other kind of Funnel Weaver but without another picture its too difficult to tell.
