She’s one of the Furrow Orbweavers in genus Larinioides (there are 3 species in your area). https://bugguide.net/node/view/33791 I might be able to tell which one she is from her leg markings.
I’m pretty sure that she Larinioides patagiagus. There is a way to tell them apart by the leg markings. This one has a big black band on the fourth pair of legs that the others don’t have.
