Wish I had a better picture but I found this in a cave in maribel Wisconsin. At first I thought it was a European cave spider but now I am wondering if it could be some type of black widow?

It’s a bit hard to tell from the photo, but it could be a black or a false widow. False widows tend to have small indentations on their back and are most shades of tan to dark brown. Black widows will be completely black and have the classic red hourglass shape on their belly. I don’t know much about cave spiders though, so I can’t rule those out.
