Spotted a day or two ago, always tends to be up in the corner by the ceiling. Have yet to see it in a web, finally got a picture of it not scrunched up. It's fairly small as you can tell by size comparison of the "popcorn" ceiling.

My initial guess for this is a Yellow Sac Spider, especially since I haven’t seen it in a web, but unsure.
Yep! More specifically the black footed yellow sac spider. I have a couple, and they are nocturnal and really good at pressing themselves into small corners. They are generally pretty skittish (although not very fast) and rarely aggressive in my experience. Also really picky eaters 😛
Them being nocturnal would make sense too. I never ever seem to see this one move when I’m up and the lights are on, but I look in the morning and they’re gone from where they were all day.
