Ok so these dang things keep dropping from my ceiling and freaking me out I have found one on me more than once and I need to know if it’s poisonous or if it bites and has toxins

Most likely a huntsman spider. They get pretty big, but aren’t aggressive. They have a mild venom, but if you get bitten by a large one it will hurt mostly because of the size of it’s fangs. I’ve seen many people keep them as pets, and these guys do keep pests away so I wouldn’t worry about them too much 🙂
