It’s a Dark Fishing Spider. They are great hunters & non-aggressive. They can bite, but very rarely do. I just put something over them, slide a paper under them, flip & relocate them outside. They can be quite large, Females can be up to 3 inches, males half the size. They only make webs as a nursery guard around an egg sack were up to 500+ babies stay for quite a while with her protecting them. They are usually near water, but can wander anywhere.
