Yes! It’s probably Dysdera crocata. In the UK, as in North America, that is the most likely Dysdera species to be found.

You’re welcome! The ability to memorize words I see and hear is one of my best cognitive features – helped me greatly in school. You would not have known this particular one specifically without knowing the range of the species in the UK. The World Spider Catalog is useful for that. The Site Moderator reminded me of that Dysdera crocata is the only Dysdera in some places many times. In your keyboard’s library if you type something like Woodlouse Hunter, Dysdera crocata.
