I think she’s Pisaurina mira, an American Nursery Web Spider. https://bugguide.net/node/view/2919 She has the “broken pattern” of dorsal markings. There are about 6 patterns. Her coloring is a little bit odd.
She has something stuck to her right second leg, it looks like it might be a parasitic mite, or maybe an insect hitching a ride.
