Male Kukulcania Hibernalis, I think. Ran VERY fast, didn’t seem concerned about me in the slightest.

Close! This is a yellow sac spider. Most of these guys are pretty bold, but if they get spooked they can run faster than you’d think. Looks like a male to me.
I think it was too big to be a yellow sac spider – including legs it was about an inch, possibly larger
That would definitely be on the larger side for these guys, but I have one that’s a bit over 3/4 inch, so it is definitely possible.
