Poor guy! This is a black footed yellow sac spider. They are pretty common around this time of year, and nocturnal. I enjoy keeping them around since they spend the days in corners of your ceiling, but at night they are amazing little hunters. I have a lot in my invert room, because they enjoy eating any escaped fruit flies.
