I found her guarding her recently born babies inside a wrapped up plant leaf. I removed the entire leaf and put it into this enclosure, soon after she passed her babies started exploring more and I put the leaf nest outside on the branches of a shrub.

Tentatively looks like it could be Enoplognatha ovata.

This seems right, I wish I had more and better pictures of her, but after browsing bugguide, I remember those little black spots on the top of her abdomen.
