I think this is a brown recluse, Loxosceles reclusa, but I am not sure. Moved into a new apartment and these guys keep popping up (usually found on the ceiling). The apartment is barely furnished so there aren't many places to hide. Some of them are massive and we only find them at night. We think they may be coming out of the vents and are worried about an infestation.
