I initially thought it was a Cellar Spider because of the body shape but I think the body shape more resembles a Long-Jawed Orbweaver. Only problem, it doesn't seem to resemble the pattern of any species I've looked at. It also doesn't seem to have the long jaws, though I don't have a picture from the front.
I found this seining at a lake in South Jersey.

You’re right with Long-jawed Orb-weaver (Tetragnatha). It’s a big genus with a lot of similar looking species.
