Permanent resident of a rarely used basement bathroom. No webs or other spiders ever seen. Always stays in glass-door shower, regularly seem in that one location for about 2 years. New construction, seems to get in/out through drain. Any ideas on species?

Looks like a Rustic Wolf Spider (Trochosa ruricola). Looking at the pedipalps, I would say a male. They’re pretty harmless, very common in grassland and such. Not aggressive unless seriously threatened, you can probably just put it in a cup and let it in the grass and it’ll be fine.
