Sergiolus montanus

Hi, I was in my friends home today when this spider appeared. It was half the size of a dime, had a striped gray and back tail end and fuzzy legs that were orange tinged. It was in Kelowna, BC, never have seen this one before. It was the fastest spider I have seen yet too.
