Possible brown widow? Tons of these guys outside my window around what appears to be egg sacs. Brown, globe-shaped body with long legs and stripes on the “knees.”

They seem to have a monopoly on prey, massive web system outside my house with hundreds of dead winged insects

Upon closer inspection, I think they’re triangulate cobweb spiders.
