They’re False Widows in genus Steatoda or Parasteatoda. These are the spiders that make true cobwebs, which are a tripline hidden in a random mess of web and debris.
I have many on my house foundation, which is a good thing. They eat lots of insects and some dangerous spiders too. They won’t do any damage and aren’t dangerous to people. You may find them in the house too. If they are alive, they are finding bugs to eat. They don’t see well and prefer to hunt in darkness. I consider them a benefit in my kitchen.
