Sergiolus montanus Is what I believe due to Google sending me to this page with visual references of Washington State Spiders. Found inside, between the shade and window, cooler in the house than outside, roughly 69degrees at the thermostat and about 75 outside. Exact address is 645 Forest Glenn dr, goldendale, Washington 98620
