Found him standing stationary, on the vertical underside of (exterior) wooden deck railing when I shined flaslight on it at 1:00am in summertime. (He was still standing there ten minutes later when I checked.)
He's about the size of a woman's ring fingernail.
His carapace is very glossy while his abdomen is very dull.
Maybe perhaps in the Woodlouse category...???
